YOU’RE NOT ALONE

This is Not What You Expected

You’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.

You love your life. And some days you don’t recognize it. Or yourself. You keep going because that’s what you do.

But somewhere in the middle of all of it, you wonder when someone is going to ask how you’re doing. Really ask.

Menopause does that. It has a way of making everything feel unfamiliar all at once. And most women go through it without ever finding the words for what they’re experiencing.

This journal helps you find them.

There's More to Your Story Than You Think

Most women in menopause spend a lot of time managing how they feel. Not exploring it. Not understanding it. Just getting through it.

This journal is different. It isn’t a symptom tracker. It isn’t a program. It’s a quiet space to slow down and pay attention to yourself. Maybe for the first time in a long time.

Because menopause isn’t just physical. For many women it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. Every woman experiences it differently. And every woman has a story about it that she’s never quite had the words, or the space, to tell.

Simple prompts. Honest questions. Room to write what’s really on your mind.

Your voice matters. And so does your story.

It Started with Three Words

In 2009, I started an online community for women going through menopause. I wasn’t sure what I was doing. I just knew women needed somewhere honest to talk.

One day, I typed three words: “What’s Your Story?”

I didn’t know what would happen.

That post was viewed over 85,000 times and received almost 3,000 replies. Women who had never been asked about their own experience came forward.

What they shared stayed with me. It wasn’t just about symptoms. It was about feeling invisible. About going through something enormous and having nobody ask how they were really doing.

I’ve spent seventeen years listening to women tell those stories. And the thing I hear most often isn’t about menopause. It’s this: nobody ever asked.

This journal is me asking.
